Warranty Coverage and Period

This policy applies to bamboo and wood desk organizers, monitor risers, aluminum monitor arms, steel and mesh wall file organizers, acrylic file holders, clipboards, expanding file boxes, plastic storage drawers, lidded storage bins, cardboard photo storage boxes, and wooden desktop storage cabinets.

Product Quality Issues

How to Submit a Claim

For visible damage upon delivery, please report the issue within 7 calendar days whenever possible. This reporting period does not restrict statutory rights or remedies.

Resolution and Costs

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair where practical, replacement parts, or a refund.

Where return shipping is required for a confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied product, Itempuna will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law or agreed upon by our customer service team.
